Union - Beyond Duality | Sri Yantra
Never before released original. This artform emerged at the end of a three-day meditation studying the draftsmanship of the Sri Yantra and how to create it using a protractor and straight edge, without any tracing.
The black and white serpents, hand cut from acid-free paper, represent the ida and pingala, or the yin/yang left and right energy channels of the sushumna, central axis of the spine, moving towards one another from above and below.
The art form is a yogic meditation on the union of opposites, surrender to the Soul’s most inspired path of growth, and an invocation of the Cosmic and Earthly Mother.
Note, artform contains slight residue of red beeswax at top of canvas.
