The original cover art for the E M E R G E N C E Oracle Deck, created initially as a 432-minute, 28 day meditation on self-love and self-worth working with affirmations and somatic experiencing through the chakras. Learn more about its emergence in the video below!
This original illustration, hand-rendered through compass and straight edge, measures 30”x30”, and has been transforming over the last month with deep joy:
It now includes the night sky with the constellations of the Northern Hemisphere hand-gilded in silver foil, along with the Milky Way Galaxy. I’ll be giving the butterflies a final spin around the wheel in gold- either gilding with gold foil, or working with gold acrylic pen.
I’m including an image of the original piece with the white background, which I wove with graphic design to create the cover art for the deck. I’m really excited with how the transforming piece is re-emerging and will be publishing an article about it on my Substack soon—- it would be hard to part with this piece! And at the same time, I’m so excited for it to find its way into the world!
If this piece finds its next home before its transformation is complete, I’d be delighted to invite its collector into conversation around the intentions accompanying its final evolution.
Hand illustrated with archival inks, gouache, and silver gilded foil on acid free rag paper.
Ships flat, unframed
